Documents Required at Appointment

| 1 | A copy of the child’s birth certificate self-attested by parents |
| 2 | 4 recent passport size photographs of the child (2.5 cm x 3.5 cm) |
| 3 | One recent passport size photograph of each parent (2.5 cm x 3.5 cm) |
| 4 | Self-attested photocopies of the Report Cards for the last three years from the previous school attended, if applicable |
| 5 | Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school (wherever required) to be submitted after admission confirmation |
| 6 | Copy of Passport & Visa for foreign/NRI students |
Both parents have to be present at the time of submission of the application for admission.
