International School Bhopal

Dear Parents,

Welcome to the academic year 2020 – 21!
As we stand at the threshold of a new horizon which bespeaks a wide spectrum of untapped opportunities and immense possibilities, my heart swells with pride at the incredible fortitude with which we have accomplished new milestones and set new benchmarks of success. The canvas has become much larger and more vibrant.

Winds of change that have swept educational institutes the world over, have of course wafted through the corridors of our beloved school as well and brought in their wake, a plethora of challenges and uncertain times. Transcending the tried and tested methods of teaching-learning is the demand of the times. The present times remind me of what Einstein once famously said-
'Not everything that counts can be counted, and not everything that can be counted counts.'

Embarking on this new path, we have been learning how to improve the educational experiences to pique and nurture the inquisitive minds of our young Billabongers. We have been forced to acknowledge, and have been granted a unique opportunity to redress the inherent pitfalls of our current system of education.

There is no other place quite like our school. I am sure you find this to be true as well. I encourage you to be open to new ideas and experiences. An institution remains par excellence only by constantly recognising that it must do even better. We reckon that educational institutions imparting quality education are the pillars of a healthy and prosperous society.

Our pursuit for excellence, skill enhancement and personality development continues with the same zest and vigour, if not more, undeterred by the travails of time. However, moulding and nurturing a child so that s/he can stride confidently and with resilience into a rapidly changing world calls for a collaborative effort from the parents and the school body. We look forward to your continued support. The school stands committed to ensuring that

All the perceivable support and resources are accessible to our children to help them embrace the new norm and position themselves to thrive and achieve spectacular success in their chosen fields.

"We may not be able to prepare the future for our children, but we can at least prepare our children for the future."
- Franklin D Roosevelt

With all best wishes,
